The Powell Enterprises Story

Powell Enterprises was originally founded by Kieran Powell in July 2013. The initial days of Powell Enterprises involved Kieran riding around on his motorbike of an evening doing tax returns for his first clients.The business quickly grew due to a focus on strong communication with clients combined with a high level of knowledge, provision of relatable advice and proactive accounting. During this time Kieran was outsourced as a CFO managing several large businesses and gained a more extensive outlook and experience across multiple industries. Kieran than utilised his growing skill set and knowledge base to grow his clients’ businesses.

Kieran began to develop unique systems and processes based on utilising the most up to date technology platforms which has created significant value proposition for his clients. He also focused on creating and implementing unique training for his growing team to reflect our core values of communication, innovation, responsibility, transparency, timeliness, pride, knowledge and results. This focus is aimed at ensuring his clients receive the best client experience and outcomes.

Kieran has moved his business operations several times as his team has increased in size significantly and created a ‘google tech’ work environment which encourages continual learning and staff/client engagement. This expansion has included opening a second office in Newcastle to accommodate his growing client base in the Hunter region.

The Powell Enterprise team continues to grow, with a vision to expand and take advantage of innovations and emerging technologies to improve our team and our clients’ knowledge of their business and wider industry and achieve the best outcomes for all. Kieran passionately believes in his staff and clients and looks forward to creating ongoing successes.
